Back to the wallPhoto rights
Your photos stay yours.
You keep your rights
Copyright and any related rights in a photograph remain with the photographer or the relevant rightsholder. Posting a photo on LaplandWall transfers no ownership to us or to anyone else. You may only share a photo if you own the necessary rights to it or have the rightsholder's permission to share it.
The limited permission you give LaplandWall
When you publish a photo, you give LaplandWall a narrow, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, resize, crop and display or deliver that photo solely for operating LaplandWall — showing it on the public wall, on your profile and in the Daily Top 20. Technical service providers may process the photo solely for this operation.
This permission does not cover advertising, merchandise, selling your photos, or AI training. It is not a broad, perpetual or sublicensable marketing licence.
What other people may do
Other people can view public photos on the wall. Posting does not grant them permission to reuse your photo beyond what applicable law allows. LaplandWall cannot guarantee that an image shown on a screen cannot be downloaded, saved or screenshotted.
Removing your photo
When you delete a published photo using Delete in its photo view, LaplandWall stops future public display and access after technical propagation through caches and delivery systems. Copies that others have already downloaded or screenshotted cannot be recalled.
Privacy and location
Location data embedded in the file is removed when you upload. Only the place name you type is shown, and it is your own label — it is not verified. Please keep sensitive spots vague: bird nests, dens and rare wildlife sites, private homes and yards. Ask before featuring identifiable people.
